Manual Trade Issue

Hey everybody, I've got a little of an issue here.

We agreed on a trade with another player. I sent the manual trade, he accepted it in game but the trade is not effective, and it's still written "pending" for me. Anybody knows a workaround?

Some friends tell me it's because I played my weekly game and he didn't. Or maybe we have to wait for the week advance for it to be effective?

First one is right. Trade won't go through if one team has played their game that week, so retry it after he plays his game
