I haven't gone through a draft yet but it seems from most people's results that it's not maybe not as hard to draft in this game as IRL

If you know what to look for in positions it certainly is easier to draft but if you want to make it more difficult try drafting guys that only fit your scheme

And set a limit on how many a counting points you use and what you can unlock.
