No, we're bummed because things that worked in the past like holding penalties and franchise options worked before but not now. Robo QB is alive and well and the stat simulator is broken in some areas.

Bottom line, this feels like a first or second year effort, not a franchise that been around for 20+ years.

Yeah it looks pretty, but it is still a shell of what it could be. I just feel that besides the appearance, they have removed more features than they have added in the last few years.

I seriously liked last years game on the ps3 better than this years on the ps4. There are so many BS issues this year that I don't remember having last year.

I don't really think I like this game. I think I like to play football games and this is my only choice. Here are some things that just really irritate me:


- On WR screens why does it feel like my fastest receiver is running in quicksand coming out of the screen and gets tackled for a loss most of the time.


- When a ball is thrown into the end zone on a fade route, the WR runs the route and never breaks for the ball. The defender makes a play on the ball and will intercept 50% of the time. There's no aggressiveness on the part of the user-team WR. Once the balls in the air, my WR should break off his route and go to the ball. The animations in this sequence are horrible and look so dumb and have been perpetrated year after year after year.


- Moving the pile. It just doesn't happen. All defenders converge on the ball carrier and the ball carrier looks to just run in place and is eventually tackled. The whole animation scene looks atrocious and the developers should be ashamed of themselves.


- Pass interference is non-existent for the millionth time. I swear I don't think Madden developers watch a single game of football. If they do, then its even worse that they cannot incorporate penalties into the game as they should be.
