The Practice squad is pretty much free agency seeing as teams can pluck players from one another's squads.

PS being absent is pathetic. Been requested for more than 10yrs.

It's pretty mandatory IMO. No reason it shouldn't be there. I shouldn't be stuck with a 53 man roster only, with position requirements. You should be able to have the practice squad in place, designate your actives/inactives on game day, and be able to develop your PS guys the way you develop active roster players too. No reason it shoudln't be there already. I'm shocked it's not really. It's a pretty important part of the NFL.
