With the fbg rated rosters I cannot even fathom playing with default again stats are very realistic gameplay even more.... Only reason I would do default is maybe for arcade style with friends but even they like these rosters

I don't know if it would be possible or if he would even want to do it, but they could create an excel workbook that you export the roster from Madden, run through excel, then re-import to Madden to offset the Super Rookies when using his ratings. A similar thing was done with NCAA Football 14 last year when some guys came up with a new ratings system.

That sounds incredibly time consuming and difficult lol

That would only work for Xbox, anyway (would not help us PS4 users, unfortunately).
