INCREASED EXPERIENCE COACHING UPGRADE - what are the specifics?

Does anyone know the specifics on the INCREASED EXPERIENCE Coaching Upgrade?

On that screen it says, "increases the amount of XP your players can get from weekly goals"

- does anyone know how much this is increased by? (Is it a %? Or possibly a Specific amount?)

- is this for every position?

This is a fairly expensive coaching upgrade - and our league had all 32 owners CREATE COACHES (so nobody had an unfair advantage in that regard... ) We are in season 3 and some of the players are now considering these sort of upgrades - but I don't want to blow this XP if the benefit is negligible... I still could use it BIGTIME for other things...

- 1 fear I have is that the increase is a % of original weekly goals - many veteran players have low weekly goals, therefore this would mean the increase brought on by this upgrade (if it's done by a %) would be negligible...

It would be nice if EA was more specific about these decisions - no need for secrecy! Just give us all the info so we can make informed decisions for our team!

I believe it is 25%.

It is for every player and based on the wording just weekly goals(Not Season and Milestones).

Player Progression I would guess is 25% as well but just on Game Prep.

I TY for your reply... But I was hoping for a 100% answer - had anyone used this upgrade and can answer unequivocally?

I have used this upgrade but I cannot say unequivocally. I know how much they earn is a reflection of their dev, their consistency, the XP upgrade and if your coach earns a bonus at their position. It is hard to give specifics but all of theses things help

Good luck on that, I have not seen anything that lists the boosts and % of anything in this game. It is all kinda guess work sliders boosts and whatnot are all not firm numbers.
