The devs confirmed that pass interference, offensive and defensive holding are now in the game. It doesnt mean that they were "reworked" per se but the fact that the devs are discussing it as an addition means its more likely that these penalties are going to be more prevalent.

Is any of this going to transition in the online gameplay? I know that generally you would only get defensive PI if you touched the WR and hit "Y" to attempt an interception.
