I think this can have a great impact on gameplay if done correctly.

Depending on how it was re-worked this could be huge for gameplay.

Hopefully the lowered all the ratings for players. Most importantly the pass accuracy rating for short, medium, and long throws.

Absolutely, hopefully everything was lowered and a wider spread was created between higher/lower players
