15-yard penalty and a fine. Very similar scenarios minus the defenders. Also in the video you can see all the graphics disappear which is what happens when the play is blown dead and then the defender comes diving into the RB.

That is absolutely an illegal play...yes even if the play is live, yes even if the back is stood up you CANNOT chop at a player below the knee...you HAVE to aim for the thigh or waist...

If play is dead then yep... But last year after the whole can't go high and you must go low fiasco players were bitching about there were going to be more knee injuries.
After the whistle is blown then yeah but I've seen many tackles low at the hip and lower (Except the QB rule) that was not called a penalty.

So in the grand scheme of things.. it's so gray and up to almost individual perception in the NFL, I think I can accept it for what it is in a video game.

Which is where the player hit the RB right at the waist/hip area from what I can see.

Like I said above though.. It's a step in right direction and it looks great to me.
