And TBH that's cool and all for marketing, but from my perspective that doesn't help with my decision on whether or not I should buy the game (which is why I'm watching the videos) and if the videos are going to be posted on a Simulation site I'm going to judge it from a simulation perspective, and from said simulation perspective I am concerned that:

A. There are 2-4 1 handed catches per game

B. As previously stated the WR (from what we've seen in video) wins about 85% of the jump balls resulting in what looks like an insanely overpowered aggressive catch mechanic...just my opinion from what I've seen in the videos and heard from the people who are playing the game right now.

Talk about throwing arbitrary numbers out there. We haven't even seen a full game, yet you know there are 2-4 one-handed catches per game? And 85% of jump balls are being caught? You been keeping track?

87% of all statistics are made up on the spot. Always remember that.

Actually...yes I am keeping track...and from the trailers and gameplay videos we've seen ABOUT 85% of the jump ball situations have resulted in a catch...I have a YT video coming out within the week showing them all...(calling it my official M16 preview btw) so please think next time you jump down my throat...but then again you know what they say about when you ASSume...

He's not jumping down your throat. In multiple threads, you keep bringing up numbers you claim are backed by trailers, you know, the teasers that are meant to show highlighted plays over and over.

We have seen at best a couple drives for video, nowhere near enough for you to have such exaggerating statements. Opinions, yes, but by no means facts.

I definitely think there is reason to be concerned about aggressive catch being overpowered, but the bottom line is we don't really know for sure yet but we will in a week. Can't wait for ea access, gonna dig deep

So I've downloaded every gameplay video from here and around the web and have been going through and monitoring A. Gang tackles B. Pass Breakups / Swaps and C. completed catches / spectacular catches and after going through the data I've seen ABOUT 85% of the lob passes in the videos have resulted in completions...obviously the one handed catch animations have not been as common, but based on the few that we've seen and the minute quarters they were playing if one was to play the game on 15 minute quarters (as I do) we could expect to see ABOUT 2-4 per game which IMO is way too much...

And if you don't believe ME you could try and believe someone who actually has the game and said THERE ARE TOO MANY ONE HANDED CATCHES...but you know, do you.

Did you actually read the comment I made? I never stated ANYTHING as a fact.

Just saying from what I've seen that the aggressive catch seems overpowered guys not that big a deal if you disagree say you simply disagree and move on, no need to jump down my throat lol.
