Amen. Logically it shouldn't be hard to determine that you'll get more penalties with players who IRL get penalized more (For example, Russell Okung and the Seahawks OL get called for holding moreso than any other OL in the NFL. Michael Oher and false starts, etc.)

Also shouldn't be hard to simulate a "dice roll" with elite pass rushers against average OL to determine holding. They already do that with catch and tackle animations.
