If you're using the latest roster update, I think defensively OAK can thrive in an attacking 34. I used that scheme (I like KC and NYJ D playbooks) in year one to great effect. I racked up 29 sacks between Smith and Mack and had 55 team sacks on the year, to go with 22 INTs. Tuck plays very well as a 34 DE, despite his size, and Edwards thrives as a 34 DE as well.

On offense, the spread scheme is not a good fit for the OAK OL. Carr gets abused by pass rushers if you spread it out and throw it 35 times a game. So you can use their book but mostly use the inside/outside zone concepts, or you can switch to a heavy 21 personnel playbook and run the ball. Carr can thrive in either a Walsh WCO, in which case the KC book is really good, or in a Coryell WCO, in which case something like BAL or STL would work well.

Personally, in year two, I moved Mack and Smith to DE and moved Edwards inside, installing a Gregg Williams attacking 43.

I also moved to the STL offensive book to offer Carr more protection, emphasize the running game, and develop a passing attack that takes advantage of Carr's rare arm strength and impressive deep accuracy (at least in the last update).

Hello i,m sorry if this has been asked but i need to build a custom playbook for my online franchise lg. Is there a playbook that i should start with that will prevent me from getting the hailmary formations? If so what are some of the guidelines you guys have followed to limit this playbook glitch thanks......

I'll commit to offense and defensive books for the Seahawks on xbox1. It depends if we can assign all playbooks to CPU teams this year or not for me personally... Hopefully we don't need a workaround...
