Why do the stock rosters have a "salary cap" applied to them...EA really messed up.

I'm talking the rosters used outside any of the CFM modes; the ones you would use for "play now" as well as to import.

I can't add Reggie Wayne or Vick to their prospective teams due to it "being over the salary cap".

WTF

Unless there is way to get around this, it is really dumb.

Cut players that you know will end up getting cut anyway, I guess.
