Honest sim question if I choose to play as the Patriots in CFM

To make things as simulation as possible would it be recommended to set the difficulty to Rookie, and set all of the user sliders to 100, and all CPU sliders to 0? I ask this in all honesty as there is no other way I can think of to simulate in game cheating. I really want the gaming experience to emulate what happens each and every Sunday.

I can't record the CPU's coaches hand signals, as EA has not put such signals into the game yet (so much for living sidelines-lol). I can't deflate the game balls either (really should be an in game option).

Anyway, this post was obviously in jest. Happy gaming all
