I have 8 attempts today to load franchise ( player and coach ) games and only 2 have actually loaded. The other 6 attempts just sit at the goal overview and load forever.

Anyone else ever run into this problem?

The player franchise is online and the coach franchise is offline.

My game won't load, period. I've rebuilt the database, re-installed (disc), then rebuilt the database again...I've even deleted all my saved data. It gets stuck loading the stupid Arizona-Pittsburgh game.

My franchises always corrupt. They'll quit to the main menu after I finish a game and get stuck on the background video when i try to open it again. Haven't even tried to start another one it's happened to all 3 of my offline ones. What a joke

I'm thinking about cutting bait at this point. Maybe GameStop will refund me since I got it used, maybe not and I get whatever the trade value is. At this point, I'm just tired of it. Never had this many problems with any game, even Fallout New Vegas.

Sad to see others with similar issues. If the problem continues I will be getting rid of the game tomorrow. Up to 9 of 12 attempts not loading at all. Would rather have a few dollars for future use than a game that only works 25% of the time.

Well, I tried one more time, and it's working, for now. This time I deleted everything Madden-related, then rebuilt the database. But this time, when I put the disc in I stayed on the game until everything downloaded. The ps4 asked if I wanted to install the update, and I did, which briefly took me out of the app. When I went back in, it froze again. But, I decided to just do a simple re-start of the ps4, then everything is working. I have the patch and new roster, but I don't have the player likeness update nor the tuner. I think the player likeness file was causing me problems, for some reason.
