In owner mode, I like to leave these to my staff (auto). This seems to be working, but am I missing anything? With the goofiness that is CFM this year, I wanted to double check!

If you go into the 'Start Game Prep' section you can look at 'Progression History' to see if it's working or not. As long as you have Progression and Simulate Game Prep on in your settings, you shouldn't have a problem.

I occasionally check in on the CPU after sims and it seems players are getting non goal related XP or confidence....so I suppose it works
