Any likelihood as HC being Fired after Season 1

My first season with Titans, I missed the playoffs by one game and was canned!

right on. So, did another team pick you up, or was that it for the franchise?

I mistakenly started in coach mode...so I switched it to owner mode, bought the Titans, and hired a generated coach, LOL.

I won the Super Bowl in my first season then all of a sudden I was no longer the coach. Weird. Time to start over anyway because of the new patch.

I went 2-14 in my first season as John Fox with the Bears, but that was by design, I traded every player worth anything and tanked the season, wasn't fired, coach mode.

there's definitely a chance. When doing 32 team control (as coaches) a couple coaches got fired. Del Rio did because Raiders ended up 0-16. A couple of others as well. When in control of those coaches I think it is the 2nd phase of FA they get offers from different teams and you pick which one to accept

I always play around with progressing from Week 16/17 to postseason to see who gets fired. It's to do with Coach's season goals, if they hit Level 2 they are usually safe. For a lower level coach, Level 2 can be something like, win like 4-8 games. For higher levels Level 2 can be things like Make the Playoffs.


I then always turn coach firing OFF after advancing to postseason, any coach who makes the playoffs deserve to not get fired in my eyes. I hate it when a high level coach gets fired for not making the Superbowl just because in the season goals and CPU's eyes, he hasn't met his target.
