Any hope CFM force win scores will be fixed?

I definitely agree that on field stuff is more important, I only counter (I use this term lightly ) though with that I also think this issue can't be that hard to fix. I'd imagine it's just tweaking some under the hood math equations to get the losing team better stats/more even stats both teams.

Although I admit I don't know anything about game programming, so maybe I am wrong.

I tend to stay away from "X should be easy to fix". I used to say that myself until a programmer friend of mine gave me a lecturer about how something that seems easy could be incredibly complex due to the code they have. It was an hour of my life I can never get back haha. But he works on games and what he said was when something isn't fixed it's usually because the fix isn't easy, they usually knock out the easiest things first.
