Online or Offline CFM?

I want to hear from the community. Are you guys playing online or off line CFM?

Do you need a playstation plus account to play online? My setup seems like that is so so I play offline.

I play offline. That way you can "fix" any irregularities. Like the Pats cutting Garrapalo after year 1 for instance

Online- xp sliders

Offline- ability to micro manage multiple teams.

i vastly prefer offline for those reasons and being able to save/not have having to worry about game not saving after completion. but the xp sliders are a deal breaker for me so i gotta play online.

Can someone help me with autosave. Offline you can create save points but online doesnt seem to offer the same. Searching I found someone say create a new save profile but I cant figure out exactly how to do this either. I play on xbox one.
