Looking at the Eagles/Falcons screen shot you can see on Bennie Logan's facemask that they have the correct bars, even the one that bends up by the ear hole.

That's because they're scanning helmets, this Stewart helmet was scanned

I don't know if all of them were scanned but this was the one on the Broncos lineman he mentioned specifically.
