Can someone explain how to run on this game on xbox 1?

I play with default settings and seems my backs try to cut too far when I try to hit the hole. I don't use speed burst but seems the game used it for me. Any help will be appreciated.

When you snap the ball don't press anything at all for a second. What this does is allow the RB to start running to the correct "gap" on the play call. After a second take control and hit the hole. When moving your player with the LS don't push it 100% of the way try to go about 50-75%, what this does is keep you under control when you move.

To squeeze through holes, use RB to shimmy between linemen and use the double juke to as your cut back if the hole is closed
