Have not played madden for years till getting madden 16 halfway through the real nfl season. It took some time but the game plays perfect in my 32 team control league.


So I am wondering if 16 had as many problems as 17 seems to upon release.
Not asking to be critical but only to get an idea when to switch to 17. I am sure the problems will be fixed but I do not want to waste time on it when 16 is so good for me.

i dont see any glaring issues at launch like last years game

no more waiting for a patch to start your CFMs like everyone went through last year with the bugs in franchise mode

17>16 by a ton imo. But if you're loving 16, get 17 on black Friday or boxing day on sale. 17 is damn near perfect. There's that run/pass glitch, and people are reporting that the qb doesn't throw, but for me it's been amazing.
