RB's = Auto, Assist, and Manual Player Control - Which do you prefer and why ?

Hello,

I am currently trying out All-Madden and am not so good with the sticks and so forth. I was wondering what you all felt about allowing the cpu to control, or at least aide, the movements of ball-carriers, specifically RB's.

I assume that "Assist" means that the CPU will automatically do special moves with the ball-carrier, based on our movement of the player with the R-Stick.

I am a noob and appreciate help.
