Formation Subs Flipped?

The formation subs show the formation flipped from the default direction... and this has caused problems putting receivers in the right spot. For instance, I wanted my tight end to be the inside receiver in a trips formation, but when I went in the game, he lined up at the outside receiver spot.

Does this have to do with the formations being flipped? Anyone else see this and know how to fix it?

I have the exact same problem, but I am unsure if there is a fix right now.

I have that issue. It's a mirror image of the actual formation. I eventually figured it out, but took me forever.

I noticed this today, however im worried that if i try to sub TEs for a WR screen it will totally destroy my play as id be throwing to a big slow TE that has a skimpy speed wr blocking for him
