How to get CPU to stop throwing out of bounds when pressured?

Tried turning qb trait throw ball away off, they still chuck it out of bounds when they are about to get sacked and no intentional grounding is called at all. Is there anyway to fix this? I have a great DL and nearly everytime one of them gets free to get a sack the qb just stands there in the pocket and throws it way out of bounds without any penalty whatsoever. Very frustrating.

Make penalty disciplined, sense Preassure oblivious and force pass ideal along with throw ball away no. That will cut down on it, making the qb hold ball longer looking to trow down field.

draft generated QB throw the ball away more than real QB.

those settings you've listed are often the reason why.

I noticed they only do it on quick insta pressure.

I also noticed that sometimes they don't do it if you don't use speed boost coming off the edge.

People are mentioning things that can ameliorate the problem somewhat, but it's definitely a coding flaw. I hope that the next patch addresses it, but I'm not really hopeful because it's not a issue that Rex or Clint have acknowledged as being a "must" fix.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

If you are playing in cfm, try creating a coach for each opponent you play, giving them a generic playbook for the game, and then retiring afterwards. The details can be found in armor and swords slider thread. It makes a huge difference for cpu play.
