Many of the slider guys suggest setting the following. You must set both MAIN MENU auto subs and CFM auto subs. The whole set up is kind of wonky but these seem to be effective for many.

Offense

QB 60 out/80 in
RB 60 out/80 in
WR 60 out/80 in
FB/TE 60 out/80 in
OL 60 out/ 80 in

Defense

DT 60 out/80 in
DE 60 out/80 in
LB 60 out/80 in
CB 60 out/80 in
S 60 out/80 in

It's also worth noting that you can use formation subs pre game this year, which will allow you to give more players playing time, which in turn will help keep starters from getting tired so quickly and give your backups some much needed time on the field.

Thanks for the info on this thread. I am going to work on my slider settings to what is shown here. I like to use a trio of RB's.

Ah OK, I have set in CFM but not main menu and I just see my starters playing.

I don't seem to have that problem. My RB will sub out after a long run or multiple carries. My receivers sub occasionally as well.

You could try turning fatigue up to 58. How many minute quarters do you play?
