I am in year 3 of my offline franchise

Must I restart in order for the fixes from the patch to take effect?

I hope not... I will if I have to but I'd hate to realize I've wasted so many hours of my life

Everything feels the exact same as it was in my offline franchise.

I even tried going back to default all pro no sliders and it felt just as messed up as before.

Maybe the playcalling was a bit better but the problems they said to have fixed still seemed to persist. I am confused.
