Before the patch, ratings mattered. The passing game is destroyed now, because every QB plays the same, most pass rushers and linemen play the same. Off target passes are gone, pre patch guys would realistically miss passes. And I can still get decent completion % and pass rush post patch with the right sliders, and honestly I could still enjoy the game. But guess what? The patch broke man coverage. Now, 75% of deep breaking routes have the DB ice skating on their break, giving up a free 20 yards.

The sad thing is that the patch did some really good things, like tune the draft classes for offline, and vastly improve the run game. But the pass game is now destroyed.

Come on EA, the game was so good up until this last patch.
