I play offline franchise mostly and right after I downloaded it I had problems. Whenever I started a new game it would freeze at the loading screen. Finally after deleting the new tuning data it started working as normal. Does EA know about this and did they fix it because I haven't herd anything.

It's possible that your DL could've been corrupted during the process. It's just something that does happen with technology. If you get multiple people reporting the same issue then it's a problem.
