Awareness grades

Hey guys. How much does awareness factor in when you are in game play. I'm trying to determine who to start on my OLine.

Between the players involved the Pass block, Run block is mostly idendical. The biggest difference is that one guy has a large awareness grade and lower impact block. The other option has low awareness and high impact block.

What do you feel weighs more into who I should start?

Awareness is the third most important grade for the OL at 16-19% of the overall score. Pass and Run Block are more important and Impact Blocking less so. This is just for overall calculation though, and you may have different criteria for what is important.

I guess what I'm asking is which attribute will help win a game more. Prevent more sacks. Open up more holes in the run game.

One thing I've learnt over the years is individual category ratings are more important than ovr.

impact blocking can make a huge difference if you run plays with pulling OL.
