I still can't play my franchise...

I haven't been able to connect to the EA servers for my franchise for the last two weeks. It first went down the day after Thanksgiving and I haven't been able to play it since.

I've been able to log in and play any other game online and play perfectly fine. it's just been Madden for me.

Can anyone give me a solution to this problem?

Have you gone to franchise, then cloud and try to load it from there? A lot of times my franchise will not load from the continue last franchise button, but will when I load it manually.

Yep, i agree. Have had to do this 2 or 3 times this iteration.
