I started today to play Madden 17 as a coach I couldn't find option to sign free agents on pre season day one. Is there something i do not notice or am I not allow sign free agents at this point?

I can make trade blog offers and other trade offers but not sign free agents.

Can anyone help me and point to right direction?

The free agent area is under the "Manage" tab, then on the bottom right of the screen. Right above "Trade Center"

And that "manage" tab is there with PS3 version? PS4 version is a bit different looking.
