Franchise has become more about simming or giving control to the CPU. As a control freak and how much I love to do everything, giving the CPU control in m franchise is not an option.

I like that we can let the CPU simulate training and it gives you a silver medal. last year you could only pick to skip it or repeat your highest medal.

Does the CPU teams also train or is it just for the user team?

CPU teams trained in M17 and I think it's probably safe to assume they still train in M18. I believe that CPU teams always earned bronze medals in M17, though.

Can someone answer this I saw the injury management option does that mean we can set manual injuries ala MLB the Show and NBA 2k?

No.

It simply means do you want to handle putting guys on IR or let the CPU do it.
