Lack of Zone Cover on this play?

Found this video of what appears to be a defender not dropping into his zone, which is the ROLB because the play flipped; so instead of a 5 man rush it is 6 man with a zone abandoned; am I seeing this right? It leaves the deep corner on the left side of offense (right side def) in a 2 on 1 situation.

Yeah the defender doesn't drop back into his zone.

Looks to me like the ROLB was playing zone in the middle of the field. What was the defensive play that was called? It appears to me that the SAFETY who was supposed to pick up that WR going deep didn't and instead tried to help somewhere else.

Buck SLant 3 was called. One of the MLB's is a blitzer while the other MLB goes zone; but the OLB opposite blitz side should go into a purple zone.

I see now. Forgot that you had the play flipped so the OLB should have dropped back into zone.

Not only did he not drop, but it also looks like he attempted to run a game on that side, which is interesting in itself because I haven't seen any new playart but I could have sworn I saw another video where the line did the same thing.

Definitely looks like a glitch unless he was hot routed.
