Another question: The Arcade game mode seem to be very unrealistic! It seems to favor the offense, offense scoring a lot of points and making unrealistic plays.

Can't provide detailed info regarding gameplay differences as I haven't purchased the game yet. But Arcade mode is supposed to play the way you describe, i.e. it's meant for casual NFL fans who want to "pick n play" the game and start flinging TDs in an instant.

Anyone know how to set up your franchise so that you can control all 32 teams?

Although my favorite/default team is the Panthers, I just want to be able to pick a few different games to play a week.
