Blue screen error

OG PS4. Disk goat edition. I have had the blue screen game crash error about 8 times since release. I have read about it happening in franchise and create player but I'm seeing it happen in play now as well. Downloaded a playbook from the community, was wondering if that could potentially be triggering the crash. Didn't happen before the download but only played a handful of games before getting it. Anyone else getting this crash in games??? Hopefully it can be patched

I've had it happen two or three times. Each time it was while playing a franchise game just as the teams lined up out of the huddle.
