Best style by postion for 4-3 Cover 3 Defense

Wondering if somebody with better knowledge then i could tell me which style for each position is best for this defense

Wouldn't worry about style as much as I would about the following things:

1. You need to generate a pass rush with your D-Line, which means you need at least a couple of guys with high FMV or PMV ratings. I would move those guys around so that they line up against the worst pass blockers on the line every week.

2. Your linebackers need to be fast and have high ZCV, particular the two playing your yellow hook/curl zones. If you only have 2 LB's that qualify, I'd formation sub so you always keep those two covering the center of the field. This can keep you in your base defense against 11 personnel which really helps in stopping the run.

3. High press, high ZCV corners and a fast, high ZCV FS. Your SS should be a good run defender but doesn't need to be a centerfield-type of safety because he will be playing mostly in the box and covering closer to the LOS.

I played exclusively cover 3 in '17 with great success, but it has been a lot harder this year and I mix in a lot more cover 2 as it fits my personnel better. Hope this helps.
