M19, are SIM defense stats/plays fixed?

Did M19 fix the issue when you sim defense and despite the game settings experience unrealistic stats and results?

Do players sub realistically with the new pass rush package?

I am really tired of year two on, I can have an amazing defense as the Jags, I mainly play offense, yet they will often give up 9-10 play drive where the CPU runs every time for 5-7 YPC.

Its not uncommon for me to see an opposing RB with 200+ yards.

The sim engine is a major isdue that I haven't seen talked about.
