why are players so god damn slow

RBs extra slow . can barely get past the line
kick returners. they seem to be running like they have cement feet
you cant juke or spin

Not sure how you're playing, but if you're using the spring button while making moves, that's your issue. You have to lay off sprint for cuts, spins and jukes, otherwise they are not performed well. Also, do not hit sprint until you're through the hole in the run game. Hitting sprint behind the line often causes shed blocks by d-lineman.

With those things in mind, I haven't had any issues running the ball. Everyone is normal speed for sure. Sliders also help, check out that subforum. I'm using MAtt10's and the game feels much better.

Game speed matters too, many are experiencing a glitch where the RB hesitates on slow speed.

I play on normal speed and All Madden, players speed is fine. There are some issues with occasionally getting ran down from behind, but it's not horrible.
