How has regression worked this year? Is there a huge drop off once a player turns 30 like in years past?

Not in the same way where they drop two speed every single year, but it's still wonky. You can have Kyle long, a bears guard, have a pro bowl year and be a god and he'll still go down 4-5 overall points because of his age. It's dumb because in Madden you can never have true late bloomers like case keenum. It's not as bad but it's not good.

It's not too bad. D. Thomas had a great year in 2018 for me and only droped 2 ovr.

My buddy had an god awful year with Philip Rivers and he only went down 4 ovr.

I have seen hundreds of NFL players have great years followed by a year where they didn't do as good. Almost, every great player in fact.
