Can anyone tell me why my uploaded community files keep vanishing?

I have a theory...

I noticed when you go to "Share and Manage Files", the "Download Community Files" block always shows 2,291 files. Even after uploading a new file, the block will still read 2,291 and it's read that way for a while, now that I think about.

Is it possible 2,291 is the limit to how many files can be uploaded at one time? And every new upload "kicks out" files -- for example, ones that don't have a lot of downloads -- to make room for newly uploaded ones?

Thank you. I was hoping someone would try to get in touch w/ them through twitter, as I don't have an account up there. Please let me (us) know if you hear back. Even if it's just them acknowledging they're aware of the issue.

Happened to me again -- 4th time now all my files were deleted -- which has forced me to halt uploading anymore until it's fixed.

I can’t upload my recent Alltime set. I have completed 25/32 on Xbox and 24/32 on ps4 but Im having issues uploading them. This is inexcusable EA!!! This is why so many people HATE your games ! Fix it!!!!!
