I believe you will need a PS+ membership, try it out and see. If you don't have ps+ I don't believe there is a way to do it.

I believe so because it's online. Could be wrong though. Why don't you try it?


I believe you need one to play head to head online. Maybe not for single player, but couldn't hurt to try.
