Yup. Talk about a legacy issue. I was a big stiff arm fan of nfl Gameday and nfl 2k back in the day. Madden has NEVER done this correctly.

Locomotion is Key for the overall feel of the game if players run or move unrealistically it will look bad. The throwing animation they showed is really bad imo, very robotic, but the hand off and the motion looks really good.

They didn't say anything about tackling animation, last year were the worst since madden 2015. They went back to scripted tackle, i'm wonder if they added back the rag n doll physics or they are still going 100% with scripted animations.

locomotion gets brought up every single year and every single year its the same thing. Or they make changes and people whine until it gets patched back to the same thing (M19) People have to stop drinking the koolaid.

My biggest issue with Madden the past 2 years has been overpatching the game. The first two patches make the game play near perfectly in roughly around October and November. Then, we hit January, all the MUT heads and tourney people start complaining, they overpatch the game and something ends up broken in the game (e.g. DBs freezing in man coverage, nerfing the run game or pass rush) and I lose all interest.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
