The league should look the same ratings wise in 10 years as it does at the start. The default XP sliders need work.

I disagree. Players shouldn't lose speed at 32. That's the prime of their athletic career. Having one 99 is amazing and it's way better than the alternative of having too many of them in the game. This shows that the ratings spread has been properly tuned in draft classes and progression.

I think it's weird that Lamar Jackson at 22 years old is 94 speed and after 10 seasons in the league is 96 speed. That just makes no sense to me. Players tend to get slower as they get deeper into their careers, not faster.

I agree with you on the lower player rating scale but I still think the CFM roster after 10 years should be consistent with the day one roster. The ratings scale should stay the same as you play your CFM.

How are simulation stats ?
Run vs Pass Ratio ?
QB Rushing Stats, via simulation ?
I am a classic rosters guy, so
these fixes are essential.

A lot of players should start losing speed in their 30's at some point but it's great to see that their can be outliers. I remember CB Darrell Green being 40 or almost 40 and he was still one of the fastest guys in the NFL.

EDIT* spelling and a link.

Jackson might gain speed with the training boost chance.

I remember in M19 Ramsey got two in one year and was I beleive 98 SPD for all the time I played with him. Man Cover had a chance to boost SPD.

Scramble QB must have as well.

I played a few games with the Jags. We are gonna have a fun pass rush. Especially on passing downs if you have Campbell at DT and Ngakoue and Allen rushing on the edges.. I destroyed with Josh Allen.
