Yes. Only differences I know of are you can't edit ticket/merchandise/concession prices, upgrade/rebuild your stadium, or relocate. The roster management and in-game stuff is all the same between coach and owner. Also might not be able to fire/hire scouts and trainers, I don't think I've tried that yet.

No prob. Sorry for the guys that like playing as owners, hopefully they can get them added in that mode sooner than later.
