Want to set Jabrill Peppers as my KR but he’s not an option unless I change him to FS. What’s up with that?

That happened last year when he was on the browns. It’s silly to have to do but I simply just changed him to FS as you said in the OP. I’d start him at SS though still. Even though his position was listed as FS

Or you can make a worse decision and put him in at RB or WR.

I used him as a running back and he was league MVP so don't sleep.
