Minshew vs. Mayfield

The entire rating process needs an overhaul. The guy in charge has obvious biases and can't keep up with what is actually happening in games. I don't know why they don't have people that watch each team or at least divisions and then collaborate using what they observe and what PFF and other data based analysts find to come up with more accurate ratings.

This is the exact thing that popped into my mind.

Although, in my estimation, Baker really is overrated IMO. He's been a trainwreck this year.

Mayfield should be close to Minshew than Minshew to Mayfield. Both should be in the low 70s.

Remember when Baker was setting all-time rookie records last season without even starting the first two weeks? Second year QBs often have a "sophomore slump." And his o-line has done him no favors this season. Let's calm down with putting Minshew over Mayfield for now, please, and let things naturally play out.
