How many X-Factors can be on the field at once?

I've tried Googling this and can't find an answer. I have three X-Factors on defense, but only two of them are showing. Is it two, per side of the ball?

At least for the pro bowl is 3 on offense and 3 on defense. No limit to SS. I think this is across the board but could be wrong. When I've had 4+ it has only shown 3.

Yea its 3, and you can change which ones you want to activate over on the side of the lineups menu.

Pre game, over on the side where you can "change scheme" or "generate best lineup" you can pick which X factors you want to use for a certain game.

Yes and yes, sorry all I do is play CFM so i didn't go into detail.
