Blocking online user?

Can you block an online user so you don’t play them online? Some weirdo keeps spiking the ball, making the game take forever, presumably to force me to quit. Played him twice now, PS4.

Yes , go to your friends and under Search enter their gamer tag. This will allow you to see their profile and you can block them. This should keep you from getting matched up with the future. I've blocked 3 people so far.
