CFM-New Coaches scheme question

When the CPU is hiring a new coach in CFM offseason, i noticed that they have a specific scheme which is often not compatible with the used playbook..
For example the Giants hire Demetrius Turner with a tampa 2 (4-3) defensive scheme but are using Bruce Arians TB 3-4 defensive playbook..
So no matter what scheme the coach would like to play i have to threat them still like a 3-4 team because of their playbook in case of Players position editing to correct the horrible CPU roster managment??

Add it to the ea prayer list and hope they figure out how to make a football game really football.

The schemes and playbooks don't even matter. This has been an issue that goes back to at least Madden 18.

When an existing coach in the NFL signs with a new team they bring their offensive and defensive schemes with them.

For CPU coaches they must use a defensive scheme that matches the team's original scheme. And using a playbook that matches those schemes helps in user games played against those CPU teams.

If you sim the games and check the snap counts they will be based on the team's original defensive scheme for new CPU coaches. For example only the top DT will get heavy snaps for a 3-4 oriented team for new CPU coaches regardless of the scheme set for that coach. The new specialist positions help alleviate this issue, but not completely.
